Having problems getting my money, it says its under maintenance for the next few hours but its been over 24hrs customer service hasn't messaged me back. Nobody is communicating anything and there's nothing online that's helping. ive done everything I can to check for updates, cleared catche and re-downloaded, called and emailed. I'm a new employee at my job who uses this app. I've been working for over 2 weeks, and I have not been able to create an account. They see shows it pending but they can't help. they even wanted me to screen record me trying to get into the app and send it to them to make things easier for them I guess. my hr director couldn't believe they asked me to do that. still can't get my account activated. they don't know what they are doing. it works for some, and others like me never gets it resolved.

Most of the time it doesn't want to open like today. Very frustrating as I need to check my PTO availability to get my request in for the 4th or I won't get paid. I'd never trust it for an advance either with as hard as it is to get into the app, not that I could probably get in to even ask for one.
