Arm or disarm your security system
Control your whole system anytime, anywhere with the touch of a button. Including arming and disarming your system and setting up custom actions to automate your smart home.

View live camera feeds and recordings
Keep your home safer with cameras and security that work together. Check on what's happening around your home day and night, and rewatch important events with 30-day DVR recording and Smart Clips. 

Receive alerts and notifications
Know if one of your cameras has deterred a lurker, your garage door was left open, a package has been delivered, and so much more.

Answer your doorbell
See and speak with visitors through your doorbell from anywhere with 2-way talk and clear 180x180 HD video.

Control lights
Create custom schedules for your lights and easily turn them on and off from anywhere.

Lock and unlock doors
Know your home is secure by checking the status of your smart locks and easily lock or unlock your doors with a swipe.

Open and Close your garage door
Check to see if the garage door is open through the status indicator on the app and be alerted right away if you happen to leave it open.

Ratings and reviews

Cannot count on this app to load when needing to access live view of my cameras. The app will take at least one minute to load or will time out. **Update** No longer having issues with immediate access to video, but I can no longer zoom in on live view or recordings, video will freeze. Also, app shows door to be unlocked when it is locked. I've manually locked and unlocked the door to see if that will reset. App is up to date, rebooted the hub, and restarted phone.🤷🏽‍♀️

This is the worst app I've ever had in my entire life! It is always crashing. My cameras are ALWAYS offline. I'm constantly having to reboot my panel and unplug my cameras. I can never see live view and I can never do a playback. I'm never late on my bill. As a matter of fact, it comes out automatically, and yet I am NEVER able to see or do anything in the app. Just now, I had to uninstall the app because I keep getting an error message. Gave a bad review and now I have no access to my system!

Update 3/12/2025 The app is worse than ever. I can't retrieve any video recordings, and it skips around on the times. Fix it already! When we first bought the system everything had worked as it should. Now a couple years later we have had nothing but issues with both the app and the system. We paid entirely too much money for the garbage this has turned into. Wish there was a way to get a refund since it's not performing as it should. My advice? Don't waste your money with this system.
