Ratings and reviews

Ordering groceries online shouldn't be this much of a hassle. Requesting a refund is like pulling teeth. They deliver spoiled or damaged items, and when you tell them about it, they act like it's YOUR fault. It's annoying. Also, why does Walmart put a temporary hold fee on items that are substituted if the price of the substituted items is LOWER than the original item. Yes, I understand if the items cost more than the original item, but if it costs less it shouldn't need a temporary hold.

3 stars only because the customer service is on it every time I need them, otherwise would have been 2 stars. The substitutions page on mobile app is frustrating, enraging and makes me not want to order. God forbid if you accidentally swipe down too fast or from too far up on the screen, it'll kick you out of the entire process and NONE of your choices will have saved. So for those of us who are ordering a lot of items, it gets very irritating very VERY quickly. Otherwise, it's a good app.

only shows online pricing unless your physically in the store but can tell where and if an items in stock. Drove all the way down to buy something only to find it was more expensive. Only when checking back on the app when I got home did I see "price when purchased online" but no way to see price in store. 2 stars cause at least I can check if things are in stock.
