The app serves members of employer-sponsored health plans that are administered by WebTPA. If you are unable to login to your WebTPA account or need more information, please email [e-mail] or dial the phone number on the back of your medical ID card.

THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING THEIR CUSTOMERS FROM THEIR PAYMENT. They are telling customers that they can't send out checks or ACH (even though they're different) because of a distribution, but won't go into detail. They're payment system has been down for over a week and the only people hurting are the customers, and they have no idea when it will be back up. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

When filing a hospital indemnity claim, it asked for some information about when I last worked. One page asks why I am no longer working even though I am working, and there's no way to continue forward from that page. The app crashed when I clicked the back button.

I keep getting an error message when I try to log in. I can't use this app 99% of the time I try. Very frustrating. "AuthError, Something went wrong when trying to log in."
