Terrible. I work for a funeral home and we have to be able to answer our phones 24/7. Windstream switched apps they use for call forwarding or (VOiP) without even bothering to mention it to us. They then hand us this app, which has yet to work properly and after countless phone calls with IT, it still doesn't work. Not sure why you switched apps when the other was working just fine. We are at the point where we might have to go with a different company.

Some convenience some annoyances. If you don't have the app open and in the foreground you won't receive your calls and constantly disconnects from the soft phone. For the other admin stuff it's a little lackluster but what's there is convenient to have at your fingertips. Have to sign back into it almost daily.

Worthless. Cant even get started on this app. The "Cancel" and "Get Started" buttons are behind the phones "menu" and "back" buttons. Tried changing the apps resolution; didnt help. What moron put those buttons at the very bottom??? So many issues with the customer care, paying $217 per month for 200mb service..... now this? Im sending this review then looking for a different ISP, and I encourage everyone else to as well.
