I can appreciate how easy it is to open and account and the prompts within the app. however it will be wonderful if more self help options becomes available to the client. The navigation in app is fairly good. As always app very good but also room for improvement is needed too. for example , in app chat, move savings plans that similar to the main account. again looking forward to the updates and your customer service levels are very good. I had one bad interaction but the rest was good.

❤️Great Bank. The app is now able to allow one to login without data and buy data, it's a bit of a challenge sometimes though. Also, why cant I just have an option to cash out the amount I want from a Goal Save instead of having to cash out the whole amount just to save it again after taking out just the amount I need.?? Sometimes the app gives an error message when one tries to send proof of payment.🥺

Very bad experianse with this bank. The upgrade system does not work. I tried it about 100 times. It is never happy with the selfy and you need to do it over and over again. The banking limit for payments is to small. I am frustrated to death by this app and is not able to pay, what I need to do. Even to cancell this app is a problem. Can only be done via e-mail and if you phone for help with this, you need to wait 48 hours to get help. I will not recomend any person to use this bank.
