The app was great until I paid for the year. it no longer works and you can't cancel your subscription because it's for a year..Sadly, seems like a scam. won't let me take a picture at all. I have sent the app manager an email. would like at least a partial refund even though just bought it a few weeks ago. so disappointed. seems like an ongoing problem that I didn't research because given to me by my husband. Karen The app administrator was able to fix their app now able to use it. Thank you

I downloaded the app for a free trial, and decided not to persue it. I was on the verge of cancelling it when my phone provider advised me that I was about to be debited €33.99. I immediately cancelled the subscription - but too late. I received neither a warning prior to the debit nor acknowledgement of my "purchase" from Plant Care. I have no trace of the transaction except a hole in my account. This is a shocking way to conduct business. Unless you are scammers, I insist on a refund.

I did the trial and I couldn't find how to deactivate the subscription. I sent an email and took weeks before someone responded with the direction plus it had renewed for a year. I never wanted a year but to try for a month for 7.99 or something like that. I also reached out through email to them to refund me and only atleast charge for a month and till this date, no one has reached out to me. Very must a dishonest way of doing business with the public. 😡😡😡
