Ordered a 70mm lock but received a 50mm instead. I immediately raised a complaint and provided all the details along with images, but the customer service team took over an hour just to "check" the issue and still couldn’t resolve it. The wrong item was not picked up or returned. When I escalated, they asked me to wait 4–8 hrs for an email update, but I never received any communication. Extremely poor service and frustrating experience.

They refused to give me an exchange for the product I had ordered despite telling them the size description given on the product is inaccurate. atleast it was not resolved. I had to file a complaint at the e commerce grievance. and despite mailing you after response also no use. what shall I do with the product if it doesn't fit me. waste of buying stuffs from Instamart if the service is bad. main issue was the item didnot mention exact dimensions for the size. it's their fault and u are backing

Hello Everyone It's a humble request to u do not order products from Instagram from my personal experience the delivery partner of this Instamart was very rude and misbehaving did not provide u the product on the particular address and they just simply tell u that u have given any other address and if we visit your address then we need extra amount and we need to pay extra which is very ridiculous things was going on if u face the same then just report Instamart and the delivery partner as well.
