Well, most of the time, this app is deadly slow. Your IT team should be capable enough to fix the problem, but looking at the reviews, customers have been struggling for years. Hire someone who can fix this. Update: All the apps are on auto update, and I have double checked, its up to date. Please fix the issue rather than just giving machine answers to customers.

The application works great, with just one very major flaw. Whilst paying bills, the application never asks for confirmation of the transaction that the application is about to execute. This creates chances of erros specially in terms of the amount added as amount could either exceed or decrease by mistake. To recitfy this, I would highly recommend Meezan bank to add the confirmation screen just like all other banking applications in Pakistan do. Looking forward to their cooperation.
