Was hesitant after reading all difficulties but tried it. The signing up part, piece of cake, basic info. Submitting it said my email n username didnt match. It meant my email i entered twice. Cap sensitive. But it doesnt say submission sucessful or anything. Its a great app, needs work for signing up. I love it, more then jail funds, but sign up online on a browser, then sign into the app. Also email conf. was never sent.i checked spam. I had to request online another. No option for that in app.

I use to get notifications when I received a message, now I don't for some reason. I have to literally open the app to see if I have a message. Also 25.¢ per message, 5.¢ per emoji, and .50¢ per picture, and if the picture gets rejected you don't get your money back!!! I mean they are making a killing off this app!! I know of a county jail where there texts are only .5¢ per txts. which is more reasonable to me. Company's like this though ONLY care about making a dollar...SMH!!!

Please ensure that you’ve updated your app. We recently put an updated build in both app stores. You are never charged for rejected photos & you may request a refund of your funds at any time.

The app is set up alot better than I figured it would be, but I rather deal with the website. I don't like the fact that it controls my keyboard. I can't swipe my words like I typically do. Uninstalling it doesn't make anything easier.
