Too bad no option for 0 star. Needed an OTP to use the app, waited for the email and did not get it, apparently it's in the spam folder. You are a government app, why is the email there?? And then the screen is not optimised, can insert the pin number but cannot click enter. Can't scroll, can't use the enter button. Thanks to this, now i cannot go into myhasil website.

It was nice experience when first time register and use it to login MyJPJ, efficiency! then, super bad experience while my cellphone get factory reset, reinstall MyDigital ID unable to log in, display Ralat! still active in another cellphone, need to find Kiosk with IC to de-activate then re-login in cellphone. what a bad design.......please improve to more convenience! not build so much Kiosk......wasting money!

please add option to login into the app...people that already made digital ID can't login into the app if they have to factory reset their phone or get new phone...they have to delete their previous digital id and make a new one...that is one hassle job to do again and again...give the user the option to login with their current digital ID...whats the point this app if you can login if you already have a Digital ID?
