The Unifi App is some kind of rubbish. Frequent updates fail to resolve persistent issues. It constantly logs you out, forcing you to log in again and again. The login process requires opening a website that is often jammed, wasting time just to access your account. When you finally manage to log in and view your account, trying to pay your bill results in an error message saying something went wrong. Paying bills through this app is a nightmare. After logging in, all your account data disappear

Everytime i pay the monthly bill, i need to update the app. This has been going on for quite sometimes now and it is annoying. For record, I don't experience this with other utility apps. When would the app finally become stable? Please limit the update freq or better yet dont force user to update in order to use the app. I dont want a fancy app, just the convenience of viewing and paying the bills!

Account not visible and cannot pay bill. Very frustrated app, u can only make payment on internet banking website and may not know whether u r paying for this month or last month or next month. Maybe thats the purpose of this app, to confuse u, so that u can pay extra two months ahead. Yes, there is a reminder via SMS, and another reminder via email, both at different day of the month, confusing reminder system. It makes me want to migrate to maxis. I am uninstalling the app now.
