Agree with 1 star being too much. The litterbox keeps disconnecting from the app or not "flushing" on its own. It worked fine for a few months. The time I set for flushing delay keeps reseeting to 3 minutes, not nearly ling enough for the litter to clump. I spent a lot of money on this litter box and went through alot of trouble getting my cat used to it. 😡

I'm being generous with 1 star, imho. It does the bare minimum, lacking a lot of functionality, notifications don't work and on top of that, PetSafe demands to be connected 24/7 to Bluetooth and access to your location. It's bizarrely invasive for a cat toilet, and I'm far too aware of PetSafe's dubious reputation of screwing over their customers that it truly cannot be chanced. They are up to something stinky for sure.

The litterbox is wonderful! My younger cat loves to watch it dump. The app leaves a lot to be desired. I do not get notifications when there is an error, or the litter tray is full. To receive any errors, I have to open the app and look for them. I have notifications turned on, and have given all permissions, still no notifications!
