Ratings and reviews

The first visit we scheduled just kept indicating the dr was running late and then said we missed the appt. all visit links led back to the same broken visit link. We scheduled the next appt for an hr later and that visit link worked but unfortunatly the dr we saw would not evaluate our child for conjunctivitis and instead suggested we keep cleaning the eye or visit urgent care for evaluation. This combined tech issue and lack of medical assessment delayed true care for our child.

My visit was amazing! My doctor went above and beyond to help me. She took her time, explained everything, and answered all of my questions. She really cared about me and knew my history. I wish all doctors were as thorough and compassionate as she was. I would definitely use this again as well as recommend to friends and family.

my first video call, it had a few seconds of lost audio that was fast to fix. if my Dr didn't tell me, I wouldn't even know, and it just as easily been my wifi. the Dr was great, easy to talk to & even gave me some tips for ordering my MRI that I never would have thought of. I'm very happy, felt very comfortable & I'm positive I wouldn't have done any better if I saw my Dr face to face. I really think I learned more . very Happy
