Rated only 2 stars for the reason that I cannot open the App on my Nokia phone (unsafe environment), but when you check on the Google Playstore it says that my phone is compatible with the app. I had already reported it to your customer service (email, chat, and phone call) but never got any actual help regarding this matter. Now I have to use someone else's mobile phone, which is much unsafer just to check on my account. Aside from this, I really enjoyed using my Gotyme esp. on trips abroad

Due to multiple attempts of inputting my wrong passcode it promptly says "account locked", but I tried to troubleshoot, like "reset passcode" but I can't use it tho. I immediately emailed the cx service about what happened for (4x) but no proper assistance from them. I can't even call your cx service landline, nor your chat cx service at all. Really gotyme? So disappointing😑 😕 👎

Seriously, so hard to get an account opened. What is wrong with your Facetec technology, can't they recognise a selfie? Asking me to move closer, back up, I mean, I took several attempts and it's not getting it. This has become past annoying.
