The app has become very slow since the upgrade to Stc Bank.. It takes a long time to open, load, and make transfers. Please fix!

I just got my card and try to activate but it says i have to wait because of metaverse users. So disappointed. I better use my other better cards. I thought this is a good and easy to use card. I guess wrong.
