One of the worst banking apps I have ever used. They try to make everything as inconvenient as possible. Why do I have to re-add my Qi card after a password reset? And why do I have to re-verify it with 2 different documents and a selfie again? So stupid.

One of the worst apps I've ever used — and the support is even worse. Your account can get frozen anytime without warning, and your money will be stuck like it’s not even yours. Customer support is a total failure: no answers, no help, just silence. This app is completely unreliable and doesn’t deserve to be on Google or Apple stores. I strongly recommend deleting it and reporting it — it deserves to be taken down.
