Wonderful App. The app is easy to use and it is easy to find what you're looking for. I have bad panic attacks, and I can find what I need to help me get them under control. I previously used another popular meditation app and had to stop. They made so many changes to its layout that I couldn't find the things I needed during bad anxiety attacks. This app is definitely two thumbs up!

I've been very happy with this app and everything it's free version offers. I've learned a lot of great meditation techniques so far that I've been able to implement on my own. I feel a lot calmer and look forward to doing the 10 minute meditations every day. I actually think I'm going to do the 6 month subscription to get access to the sleep meditations. I tried the first one and loved it.

Soothing yet empowering! The guide's voice is easy to listen to and 10 minutes seem to fly by. There is quite a bit offered in the free version, but I like this app so much, I plan to upgrade and support the developers. We need more peace and helpful tools in the world. In just a few weeks, I've noticed my anxiety dwindling and depression lifted. If I'm stressed during the work day, I "return to the breath." I've tried meditation before, but this is what I needed to be consistent.
