I enjoy the material & Eve is my favorite coach. In my opinion, the app is intuitive to use and structured well. I'd like to see more sleep coaching, specifically Goodnight/Wind-Down exercises. I experience what might be a bug, where audio consistently stops at 01:46 regardless of program, or status on my device; an inconvienience to say the least. I sent an email to the help email address in hopes to work with someone to address the issue.

Ironically, this app is stressing me out when it's supposed to do the opposite. I just started a year subscription and started Basics 1, finished Sessions 1 and 2 and tried to move onto 3 today but it was locked. Nothing I did worked. Downloaded 10 sessions, they don't show up. Did Session 2 again, still doesn't unlock Session 3. This error needs to be fixed or I want my money back!

Love this app - been using for months for sleepscapes & sounds overnight (8hr versions). Lately though, been having issues with the app just randomly stopping, which I am very aware of (light sleeper), so I wake up and have to go into the app to restart the sound. Last night it happened twice. A bit frustrating.

What's new

A steady meditation practice can calm the mind. But sometimes a bug appears in the app and it distracts us. We removed that bug from this latest version, and we already feel more at ease.
