Love this app and all of the different components it has. I took off a start because with each update things are moved around and I need to relearn where to find what I'm looking for. If this is frustrating for me, I can't imagine how an older person feels. If you're going to make navigational changes, consider send an update email to your subscribers outlining the changes. Thank you!

I had been using this app for years. And I really enjoy it. But the latest update has completely ruined the sleep mode. When you wake up in the middle of the night and just want to utilize the sleep SOS features, and dune of those those options are now completely gone. And then there's the fact that the app always opens to a white screen now. I don't like frying my eyeballs at 2:00 in the morning. This latest update has ruined the app. Wish I could get my subscription cost back.

I've been using headapace for five months now, daily. It gives meditation a structure which I appreciate. I really like the themes and voices. i would absolutely buy the annual subscription again. The only thing I wish it had was a way to troubleshoot more deeply issues you are experiencing or the reasons you aren't progressing in the practice. I have felt stuck for a while now and want to take a deeper dive into the why, but have to look outside of Headspace for that.

What's new

A steady meditation practice can calm the mind. But sometimes a bug appears in the app and it distracts us. We removed that bug from this latest version, and we already feel more at ease.
