It's nice and easy to use. There are no ads and it's use to not be interrupted with ads. I suffer with some mental health issues so having someone to talk to be it an AI or an actual person is really nice. It's easier to talk to someone who you don't know than someone you do know with having that fear of hurting them with past situations and other situations you have been through. Some things are hard to talk about no matter the person, but this app is helping and hopefully it can help others

This app is great, you can talk, has lots of different meditations and sounds to help getting through hard times. The better is that is free and no adds. You can self refer and talk to real people if needed. I got it by recommendation of my GP, its being really helpful with my anxiety and depression
