I like this "game" and use it daily as it makes me feel like I can actually own property in Southern California, but it's super buggy. It regularly thinks I'm in a car while sitting on my couch; gets hung up on 99.97% loading when navigating away & back all the time, needing to force close; says it's lost network connection then immediately reconnects when hitting "reconnect" or whatever button; turning off music/sounds only works the first time you do it; etc. Lots of room for improvement.

Great Fun to buy your friend's house and be earning rent from it while they're having to pay rent for it. Lol. For Newbies It was doing some strange things when I first downloaded it, be sure that you have enabled the 'precise location' option in your device settings because it may think you are moving or may jump around alot if you're on a " lower-end device "

Would rate the app better but lately it won't load unless I'm on my wifi which makes it near impossible to collect 💎 to spin the wheel. I can load maps and any other games or web pages so it's not a lack of mobile data or signal. Otherwise it works well. Update: All my previous complaints have been resolved and it functions pretty well now. My only complaint now is that I've noticed the standard multiplier for the boost keeps dropping. Was 30x, then 20x now 15x. It devalues the time put in
