Impressively terrible app. Unusable. Everytime I install it I get an error message that doesn't allow me to place my order. Today I gave it a 3rd or 4th chance and reinstalled it but forgot my password and asked to have an email sent through the app to retrieve my password and the email was never sent (yes I also checked spam folder). If you're trying to lose business through a terribly functioning (aka doesn't work at all) app then you are doing an amazing job and keep it up!

This app is badly designed! They never remember your login so you always have to put in your login over and over again just to get the menu. Very inconvenient and extremely annoying. Other fast food apps doesn do that. I would not recommend this to anyone. It's completely waste of time and just frustrates you everytime you try to log in manually instead of automatically like other app does conveniently. Do yourself a favor and don't download this app. You'll be happier in the long run.

It does have the menu so you can place an order, but it makes me log in every time. It tells me to join Arby's Rewards even though I'm already joined and logged in. I use restaurant apps to use deals or points programs. You can't use coupons with the app and they barely give you any deals. For September there is only one deal, and it's not good. Other food apps are much better designed and give a ton of deals. It's hardly worth using the app and it's easier to just go through the drive-thru.
