About this app

The CitiManager App for Citi Commercial Cards enables you to use your smartphone or tablet to access key account data on the go for your corporate card. Within the app you can view your statement information, balances, available credit, and more. Enhanced security measures include biometric authentication and one-time password (OTP) for login where available. In order to provide users with the quickest and most convenient experience possible, the CitiManager App provides all the basic features for corporate cardholders. Specifically, all cardholders can:
• View account summaries
• View previous account statements
• View current accounts
• View recent transactions
• View payment history
• Receive Push notifications from CitiManager

Additionally, certain functionalities are available to cardholders in select markets:
• View PIN
• Activate new cards
• Pay their bills
• Post and view comments
• View Ancillary Service charge details for passenger transport booked using a Citi corporate card
• View supplier and invoice detail for select Citi corporate card programs
• Biometrics authentication of ecommerce transactions
• First time login via OTP

This app is purely awful. 90% of the time it's just impossible to log in. Starts with a username field not being marked as such in the code so whenever you try to autofill your login credentials, the browser doesn't let you pick a saved username. Once you finally able to pass thru the first gate, it makes you resubmit your 3 security questions. Every friggin time. And the best part? Once you've typed all the answers, the app says "system error. Please try again" EVERY single time.

The app is impossible to log into. After entering your username and password you get redirected to the security questions then a system error prevents you from progressing. I've called Citibank and they don't know why it is happening. The only things they suggest are using the desktop version or deleting and reinstalling the application.... that didn't help either.

It rarely works. It just cycles. I always have to go online with my laptop. So annoying. Also, why do you have the transactions showing up in "unbilled transactions" when it's actually billed? Have you ever used other banking mobile apps? Don't make it so people have to think. Go read the book, Don't Make Me Think by Steve Krug.
