Overall, the app is fine. But I hate how the app charges us almost $8 to make a payment. Unless you want to do a draft which takes forever, and the account doesn't update in any kind of timely manner where you're not even certain it went through, you have to pay $8 for an automated system to process your payment. That is ridiculous. What's even more ridiculous, is the cost went up. It used to be a dollar or two cheaper.

I always use express payments to pay my card balance. So I, have access should I need the money immediately. I go to express pay my bill and the fee has gone from $4 to $7.95! That is totally unacceptable. Then the app is absolutely worthless except for 2 things. Paying your bill or reporting your card lost or stolen. No options for credit increase reviews, connecting to customer service thru APP NOPE! You can add a user BUT YOU CAN'T REMOVE THEM THRU THE APP EITHER! SHEISTY FOR SURE. Canceling.

This app has become SO frustrating. It was all good at first, now, for the last 6 months or more everytime I sign in it says I'm on an unrecognized device and it has to send a verification code to my email...seriously, EVERY SINGLE TIME..and it only gives you 30 seconds to do it or it times out, its ridiculous, I have never had an app only give 30 seconds. I've had the same phone the entire time, why is it having so much difficulty 'recognizing' my device?!?! UPDATE...still happening..
