the app works. however if you get this from your credit card company, the MasterCard FAQ might not match credit card benefits. so it's very misleading. I ended up getting charged the full $32 USD benefit and conversion rates.. lesson learnt. I honestly thought from all information provided I was getting a free access to the lounge and a $32 USD "voucher"

We can't register the supplementary card that my wife has. System keeps saying your card is already registered. Note that, both cards have the same number, same expiry and same CVC but different names. Please don’t tell me to speak to my bank, because I already did and they said the can do nothing as this an app issue. Please help me fix the issue so I can change the rating. Also there are no contact details to contact you directly.

My app shows that I can acess the lounge. When try to acess the lounges in multiple airports, the lounge device rejecting to accepted saying bank declined. Upon checking with the Bank, they confirms that I have no any issue with my card. Unfortunately no support section available in mastercard even to complaint.
