Ratings and reviews

The build credit app that reports to agencies but has zero customer service...you can't do basic things like close card, report stolen, or even request new card without opening a "ticket" which takes hours upon days to be answered which by that time your credit can be screwed. Makes no sense to have no customer service phone or to do basic things on your app. They respond faster to their reviews than actual account services. See below...point proven.

Possible? More like impossible. Tried a few different times to get a loan, including below the supposed "pre-qualified" amount with no luck. Seems like the app sends immediate rejections. Had a different reason each time. The app states that bad or no credit scores can apply but they don't tell you that they have a very strict underwriting system. This is not good if you have an emergency come up. Just seems to be another app taking advantage of people's information.

I have used this app a few times and it has been awesome until this week. I paid off the entire amount of my loan and was quickly approved for another. When I click the link from the email, go directly into the app or use the website once my email, password abs verification code is entered the screen turns completely white. I have reached out to support, I've sent screen shots of the issue and they have yet to even try to help. I used to rave about how easy and quick they were but now I'm not.
