Ratings and reviews

This app used to be a lifesaver. Now it lags so badly, it takes easily 30 seconds for the screen to acknowledge my tap, and even then it sometimes doesn't add the item to my cart until I've tapped it 3 or 4 times. I've rebooted my phone and tried reinstalling the app. No Bueno. It's so frustrating to put together a Large order.

i usually use the meijer app/site to order, but of course can't leave a review there. shipt is a complete crapfest. I don't know what's going on over there, but in the last 4 orders I've had: a complete bag of missing items (total of $20+) bread/salad that was out of date and disgusting, and today the order was claimed by a shopper and they never bothered to actually do it, leaving my order in the ether to decompose like the shoppers brain. bet they'd raise hell if i didn't tip!

The app has become very unstable with last update. When I select items, it takes 10 to 20 seconds for them to add. The cart keeps flipping back and forth from one of my lists to only items I have newly selected. Not confident that order I execute is what would be received by a store. Very unstable and very disappointing.
