MyWater EWSU allows customers of Evansville Water and Sewer Utility to access their information anytime, anywhere and on any mobile device. Residents and businesses are provided with many self-service features including the ability to view and pay bills, see usage trends, learn water-saving tips and much more.

I love that you view your hourly water usage using the app! I was able to deduce that high water usage was because our water sprinkler was using more water than I expected because of the exact time that it was turned on. There are also notification settings for "leak alert" and "usage" which may prove useful. I have yet to test it out in the case of unusual water usage.

This app is worthless. I'd give less than 1 star if I could. I have installed it on 2 separate occasions, months apart, with 2 separate account numbers and it does absolutely nothing. As soon as you put in your info it goes right back to the account number field and will do nothing else. It's about as helpful as text to pay which never actually let's you pay.

Adding a card works about 10% of the time. After years, I still can't add my bank account. Convenient enough app once you manage to get the payment method added, but the program operates rather slowly, even on wifi.
