Update: I was having VIP issues. customer service figured out the problem and were responsive to my questions. A little initial confusion because the initial set up was done incorrectly on one vehicle but they worked to get the problem solved! Then we had an app issue that was specific to my account but that too has been promptly corrected.

I downloaded and setup the app 4 days ago. Day one went smooth, everything worked as it should. Today (day 4) I go back to check and see if the app is tracking currently, and nothing. Everything is still the same as day one. I have refreshed many times to no avail. The app is up to date, so I am not sure what is wrong.
