Can't get reward code never works. Online orders won't process and the only reason I get is a window with "Forbidden" listed as the reason. Couldn't complete the decades challenge as a result of this. Even though I scanned the receipt. This app is just terrible honestly if it wasn't the sometimes works convenience of it I wouldn't even use it. Should probably take some pointers by looking at the McDonald's app. It never causes issues.

Very frustrating. Updated app, signed in, put together family's order and kept getting "uh-oh forbidden" error. Looked it up online and someone said to sign in and then sign out. I tried this. The app is now "passwordless" and sends you an email with a link to click when you try to sign in. Clicked the link and kept getting "access denied" messages. Went through this 4 times and it finally worked. Update: shouldn't have to jump through hoops to make app work while in parking lot. Frustrating.

They have lost another sale from me. $24 gone. While a single sale doesn't matter there is probably 100's of thousands of lost sales because of this APP. It's always been difficult. It worked a long time ago after taking a long time to set up. Just tried using it again and keypad to make payment won't pop up. Will just get food somewhere else will get my business today
