one month after the hurricane, service still spotty. mobile data works less than half the time. call customer service many times. they assured me it was my phone settings. they reset my settings. service would be good for less than 24 hours, then return to spotty, to non existing. sometimes restarting phone helps if done several times daily. I would switch, but I am unsure if other services work any better in my area. always had straight talk with no problems in the past. sad.

Massive inconvenience, Any time you try to refill your plan it makes you jump through 20 different hoops to do so. Not only that but if you need a code? Good luck, they wont send you one. Customer support isnt helpful at all, and when you try to chat with a tech it glitches and wont go further. Overall this service is NOT worth the headache it gives. Horrible cell service, do not download.

I am ABSOLUTELY LEAVING STRAIGHT TALK WIRELESS!!🤨 The entire service is awful, the app is terrible, incredibly SLOW, the UNLIMITED HIGH SPEED DATA, isn't unlimited at all, my speed dropped quickly, but isn't supposed to. The worst customer service in history, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, LET ALONE THIS APP! 😔. It's glitching, and very slow and hard to input information into..BUYER BEWARE 😞!!
