I love getting SMS texts reminders. then I click on the app on my home screen, and I immediately know what I need to pay, give it an option of what method to use, and bingo my obligations are taken care of. Right now I have been we energies LIFT PROGRAM, which I am grateful for and appreciate. but I wish under the Low Income Financial Tool -- I could set up my reduced monthly budget plan amount for automatic payment. No worries, because of the automatic SMS text reminders, I just pay fast

It's absolutely a great app. You have all the information you need or want whenever you want it. The only negative I think the app has is that you have to sign up for monthly payment withdrawal or your stuck paying the 2.50 processing fees.(Even if you use debit or credit card). I feel as if there bending us over enough they don't need that extra 2.50. Anyone else tired of there bill constantly increasing?

Decent, but needs improved functionality. Like a search bar or option if you cannot find a feature you need. Or a section added to usage that gives you an update on how your next bill is looking so far. Increase ease of use, and accessibility features for those of us that need it. An example being dark mode for those with sensitivity to bright lights. A live chat function to directly chat message with a rep for those with disabilities that make phone calls difficult, like if a person is mute.
