Ratings and reviews

Have to sign in every time which is very frustrating. Previous reward system in NZ kept you logged in. So easy. Bonus Points are great but nearly every week points are not added for products. Why does this happen, two items the same but only one is recognised. Communicating with someone through their chat system is tedious. Took me an hour and got disconnected & had to start again. Thankfully 2nd person was better informed & she processed the missing points.

Rating this down due to the "temporary" unavailability of the qr scanning at the checkout. It used to be great but has been unavailable since the 25th April, possibly longer, but that's the first time I noticed it. It used to be great, I didn't need my wallet or cards and could just go in, scan the qr quickly, and automatically pay for groceries. I'm not sure how long this temporary glitch is going to last, but until resolved, this is the highest I'm going to rate the app and service in general.

Great in principle, but the execution is poor. We load vouchers and our credit card into the wallet. Multiple times we've gotten to the checkout to be told the QR code can't be used or our 10% off can't be used. That then results in an hour or more on the phone to get reimbursed for the savings we were unable to claim. We'll scrap the app and just use the plastic card and paper vouchers.
