UPDATE 4/2021 App has been nicely improved since 2019 when I originally tried it. Easy to access info on my various policies (auto, home, umbrella), has necessary info on each. Allows payment via app (I've not used). Does require separate app for auto road service, but once you log in to that it's clear as well. Good job creating a useful insurance app! (I originally complained about the app registration and setup. Didn't need to setup, so didn't see, but developer reports major updates too.

Hi there! If possible, could you try again using our latest release (version 3.3)? Our date widget is now updated simplifying the registration process. If you have 45 minutes to throw away you can try to register. Didn't work for me and I had the policy info in front of me. Also, you will need to click back through every month you have lived, which is enlightening. It's the only way to change your date of birth. I just hope I never to to use this insurance company. If their service is like this App I'm going to be very dissatisfied. Jeeze. It's 2020 guys.
