Lost my plans and unable to sync anymore. Imagine using the app for months, customizing and tweaking your workout plans and then suddenly you lose your plans overnight. My plans are gone, the app is basically unusable at this point. Trying to sync the app gives server error. I don't even dare to logout / reset the app fearing I wotalso lose my historical logs. This AP was never intuitive to begin with and always tries to push paid version very hard. Switching to a different app.

Major sync issues from website to app resulted in all my custom workouts getting screwed up. Was able to fix it after another hour but don't know why it was so messed up after spending hours designing a workout on the website and then trying to sync the app. The app feels a little outdated and in in need of some modernization but after trying a few others it had more exercises built in and functioned better. I don't like social media so wish I could turn off all those parts.

I've had this app for the past 10 years and absolutely loved it, but the last 2 updates have really turned me off. The 1st update changed the way to make supersets to be completey opposite of how it been the past 10 yrs. Which took some getting used to but was fine. However, one of my favorite things about this app was how you could make your own custom exercises. But with this recent update you now need to pay for a subscription to do this which is very frustrating and may now delete it.
