Ratings and reviews

It's comforting to know this app belongs to an actual bank. You can walk into the bank and make withdrawal, you can make Forex transactions with your debit card too. Beware that if you change devices, *you'll have to go through a long process to sign-in on switch app*. You probably want that level of security for a forex account, however tedious this seems. I haven't signed in ever since I changed devices. That isn't a problem for me though, I can still use my card and get email notifications

Please don't download this app and never use it especially if you're outside Nigeria, it's a pure scam to trap your money, when you deposit dollar or any other currency, you won't be able to withdraw your money anymore. The transfer feature will be disable and the costumer won't reply or respond to your emails, over N2,000,000 is trapped in switch by sterling. Please and please do not download this app

This App needed improvement. It used to be flawless transaction, but it's so difficult making simple payments and at times it mistakenly credit receiver twice.
