Pathetic experience. The tenant registration process is awful. Upon adding tenant family member details, previous members automatically got deleted. Secondly, on the web, I never get an OTP. They must resolve this. It's been a long time since their app and web portal for tenant regostration have not been working properly. Their OTP system is complete flop.

I applied for Renewal of driving license on this app. My application was first rejected because of wrong picture and then for wrong form attached. Now when I click on resubmit form, the app just keeps on crashing. I am facing this issue for several days. Please update or solve my issue because I have no other way to re new my driving license.

The app keeps asking for location, microphone, storage and other permissions. Why do the police want the access to my camera? Especially when it does not provide any service relating to microphone.
