lack of details is the main reason I gave it 2 stars, for example it says unlimited bundle on the 18k bundle, yet it only gives 150gb as high speed then slows down to 4mbps (500kb), you can't tell how many gb you have used, and left, and the calendar is useless it won't show you daily usage, and you have to manually select each day, which it is a painful and slow process.

This is the worst ever Internet ever. First, you can't recharge if you are not connected to any fastlink card

My experience with fastlink is the worst. My mifi keeps on restarting every 20 minutes when i am at home because of low coverage but anywhere else it seems to be fine. Till now, the customer service couldnt solve my problem over the phone and the customer service number is not toll free!! Very Bad!!
