Slow responses from assistants. I've been trying to open an account and I sent documents through, but it's been weeks and all I've been told is that my documents are in review. If the service is already this bad, I can't imagine what'll it be like when/if I eventually start using it fully. This is so frustrating and it defeats the entire purpose for the app. I would rate it 5 stars but it's so so so frustrating. I mean at this moment when I try to log in,i get a login error message. This sucks!!

So I've been using the app for a few months, and I'm enjoying the experience but a few things they can improve on ... can we get in app notification because we never know if we received payment or have made(a deduction )payment... also, the tap to pay doesn't work on all card machines... Lastly, when we receive payment, can we get a prompt or something that shows who it's from because it just says bank transfer

Still struggling with my Identification process and still no luck have tried six times, one moment account is verified and the next NOT VERIFIED. I'm close to giving up on this and by the looks of the other low ratings I can't blame them it's frustrating. Best time to ask for assistance is in the morning.
