Subscribe in The App
After your free trial, pricing is based on the country you select during account creation. Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

Ratings and reviews

Every time the Android app is updated, new bugs appear. The recent update is one of the worst in years. Creating invoices suddenly requires multiple extra steps for each piece. You cannot change the quantity of items when initially adding them to the invoice, the date either, and invoices now print like a web page with a pay button on the paper copies, all of which are hilariously frustrating. Also worth noting: every now and then the database just fails, and all company data is unavailable.

Update!!!!!! I agree with everyone else that the latest update is an absolute disaster!!!!!! It erase 90% of my invoices and estimates and now the refresh doesn't even work. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!! Been having major issues with estimates disappearing from the app. They are still in the online version but gone from the app. A major issue for us since we operate in the field. Reset, sync and uninstall does nothing. Without the app, QB is practically useless for me. Please fix!

Worst update to date. Search is not functioning at all, I can have the browser open staring at an invoice and the mobile app still can't find it! Yes QB, I have uninstalled, cleared the cache, prayed, and reinstalled before you ask. Still no luck. Also since we are on it, the downloadable version (windows) for qbo isn't that much better in desktop view. Don't want to leave on a completely negative note, so I will say the customizable interface in that app is a step in the right direction!
