Tengan cuidado con esta app, mienten!!!Cuando uno reserva te dicen que hay cancelación sin penalización pero no es así, en mi caso, por cuestiones laborales, necesito cancelar una reservación y al ponerme en contacto con ellos, me están exigiendo la líquidacion total de dicha reserva, a pesar de estar yo tratando de cancelar con más de 2 meses de anticipación, Definitivamente cancelaré me subscripcion y búscate otra app que si sea confíable.

Esta app no es recomendable ni confiable. Hice una reserva un mes antes del viaje, unas horas antes de check in, ya en la ciudad, hablo con la persona y dijo que el departamento no estaba en condiciones asique iba a buscar un reemplazo, aguardamos su respuesta y nunca llego, lo consideramos una falta de respeto y consideracion. Por consejo de la app, tomamos cómo segunda opción otro alojamiento y paso lo mismo, ahora es de noche, llueve y no sabemos que hacer.

Información confusa y limitada, la gente de servicio al cte no sabe atender cortésmente, en la app tome la opción de "pagar al llegar" y retuvieron la cantidad completa, les dejé un mje en esta app que se comunicaran porque no venía la opción de cabaña y ocupabamos cabaña, nunca se comunicaron, envié mensaje y me respondían con otra cosa, super mal servicio. La voy a desinstalar.
