I have been waiting for more than 24 hours for them to solve a supposed update of the application to be able to carry out a process that is important and there is no solution, I call the call center and they told me that it could take up to a month to fix this situation, and in the government offices just tell you you have to wait for it to open because everything is per application, I can't believe they can't fix their system or give more advanced options
