Al termine del periodo di prova di 3 mesi del piano Premium (del quale non avevo minimamente beneficiato) si sono susseguite 2 rinnovi automatici. Al momento dell'annullamento del piano mi è stato addebitata una penale per la recessione dal piano prima dei 12 mesi stabiliti dal contratto che, sinceramente, attivandolo dall'applicazione, non era così chiaro. Nonostante ciò, l'assistenza in pochi minuti ha rimborsato la penale e i rinnovi di cui, di fatto, non avevo usufruito.

Ottimo servizio. Molto utile in tanti aspetti. Punto di forza la semplicità d'uso e il fatto di avere costantemente il controllo su tutto. Punto debole è l'assistenza lenta e il fatto che se si perde il possesso del proprio cellulare si perde anche il possesso dei propri soldi. Se per qualche ragione non si riesce ad accedere alla app, non è praticamente possibile ricevere assistenza.

Per ora sono solo all'assaggio, spero sia una modalità di pagamento agevole anche per i meno giovani. Aggiungo che ha davvero tante funzione utili, ci sono molti video che spiegano bene le infinite potenzialità della carta.
