Ratings and reviews

The new update has carelessly removed the option to share the ride status with others. Nobody seems to have tested this application before it was put live. Even the backend doesn't have an option to manually send your ride details to emergency contacts. You are putting everybody's safety at risk by removing such a mandatory safety feature. I don't think you're compliance team will appreciate this utterly wrong move.

For me, the fare seemed to be cheaper compared to other apps during peak hours. I prefer this app over others, mostly cause most of the fare reaches the drivers. Kindly consider an option in the app to reserve rides in advance. Felt like that's the only thing that can perhaps be improved in the app.

The app takes too long to load, otherwise the booking is very quick and helpful. As I said earlier the app takes too long to load even after minimising, because it becomes difficult to see OTP after the app being minimised on Android 9.
