I tried to contact support to find out why my internet was cut off. I do not know English and communicate by text messages through an automatic translator. I need time to translate to reply to messages. The support service, without waiting for an answer even for 1 minutes, stopped communicating. I was blocked, not allowing to solve the problem. This is rudeness and disrespect to the interlocutor.
