How to connect this smart TV remote app to Apple TV?

You force me to rate so here we go. it was "okay" before this update when it WAS free and before they force you to rate the app. You cant exit that and when you actually decide to vote nothing happens and you cant use the app. It freezes on the voting side. So now, its useless and i will check for a new app.
