Жахлива тех підтримка. По факту немає. Ніхто не відповідає на дзвінки і листи. 2 день не можу отримати картку - проїзний. Гроші на вітер..

Я придбала через GetYourGuide City Pass на 1 день, який мав включати проїзд у міському транспорті та відвідування музеїв. На жаль, на практиці все виявилося значно складніше.по-перше, QR-код у додатку не давав доступу до транспорту — довелося додатково завантажувати інший додаток і розбиратися з новою системою. По-друге, доступ до музеїв також не був автоматичним. Потрібно було окремо реєструватися на офіційних сайтах музеїв і бронювати час відвідування, і немає жодної гарантії потрапити до муз

Intuitive ua and you can choose options that suit you directly in the app. I got a visit to Royal Mews that I would never think of otherwise. So, great for ideas and planning, too
