This is the worst app ever used. I don't want to give it any star. It's a rubbish totally. Nobody wants to use it but no choice. Don't buy any insurance from this vendor...

can your guy check your pool program.. cannot access from.china and either open VPN still cannot connect ...

This is the worst insurance app I've used in the past 13yrs with 4 different international companies. Can't believe why anyone would choose such insurance company.
