Ratings and reviews

I am baffled by just how bad this app is given that it is Cigna. The only reason I have the app is to be able to access telehealth services as there are much better apps available to provide wellness and fitness advice tailored to my needs. Even so, there are limitations using telehealth. I cannot schedule consultations for my dependents. There is no FAQ or help section to guide users. One can only upload images, not PDF. The UI only fits on phones, not tabs. Cigna can and should do better.

Pathetic app. Hope there was a 0 star option. Doesn't login with valid credentials (logs in cigna envoy but not this app) even though my husband has a corporate plan. He contacted customer service multiple times and they were unable to help either. They said they raised technical ticket but it's been more than 3 months and still no help. Absolutely pathetic.

As others have said, the app is beyond embarrassing. The first time I had a consultation it wouldn't recognize my earphones so it would cause a terrible echo for the doctor. Second time worked fine, third time no one showed up at the appointment for over 20 minutes, and honestly I suspect a technical fault rather than a personnel fault. Now I'm trying to reschedule an appointment, and it loads forever despite perfect Internet coverage. On top of it all, it forgets the login constantly.
