Can't help anything for expired password.

Hello, Lim! If your machine password has expired, it has to be changed before logging into the app. If you remember the expired password, it can be changed. If not, you can reset it with the Reset Password feature in the app. Contact your admin to know if this ADSelfService Plus feature is enabled in your organization. Regards, ADSelfService Plus
